SunSparkler 'Lime Zinger'

A plethora of little rose crowns grow to form a nice dome of foliage in the pot, then spilling from the sides. The lime to mid green leaves have a handsome tracing of red at their edge. Summer to autumn it is crowned in clusters of pink flowers that last an age.

If you claim not to be able to grow anything, this is the plant for you. You can ignore it and it will still thrive. They are uber hardy. Outdoors you can grow it as a ground cover, edging plant or in a rockery. It will thrive even in poor soil in a hot, sunny spot growing to form a little carpet of wonder.

SIZE (HxW): 10cm x 40-50cm

I SEE THE LIGHT: Bright, indirect light is ideal. In high light the foliage will change. Keep out of the hot afternoon sun lest their leaves be sunburned or roots damaged.

WATER NEEDS: Water well, then allow the soil to almost dry out before watering again. Keeping them on the drier side will result in better colour.

I WILL SURVIVE: These plants are so easy, they pretty much look after themselves. In pots ensure you choose a cactus/succulent potting mix for best results as it offers the sharp drainage they need. Choose a pot with drainage holes to ensure they don’t end up sitting in water. Repot only as they become overcrowded.

Use a diluted, liquid fertiliser in spring to keep them happy and healthy. They aren’t heavy feeders so will forgive you if you forget.
