Salvia 'Roman Red'

One of the finest red Salvias we have ever grown, with colour to make your eyes pop. Semi mounding habit with good, well branched growth. Very useful in garden beds, edging, an informal hedge or even in a pot.

It is a strong performer in gardens where bees and other beneficial insects will flock to it. The mid green foliage grows low on the stems allowing the flowers to shine.

Grow in a sunny location in well drained soil. These Salvias are dry tolerant once established and look wonderful in beds, borders or dry gardens. They have a vigorous growth and are easy care, with solid heat tolerance and frost resistance. Remove spent flowers to encourage even more blooms.
