Fabulous shades of lilac pink blooms almost year round. A really hardy plant that puts on a spectacular show. The round flower heads are varied tones of lilac pink, from light to dark. This creates a lovely bicolour show. Each bloom is 3-4cm across. Grow Armeria in reasonably fertile, well drained soil. If the soil is soggy they tend to rot. Plant them in a sunny location. Deadhead flowers during the season to extend the show. They will tolerate dry conditions but thrive if kept moist during the flowering season. Armeria look fantastic in rock gardens, pots, towards the front of borders or along pathways.
